Scheduling: (this is a management failure) This is a problem I?ve only ever had at this SportClips and no others but it happened both times at went here: Walk-in, select First Available, two people ahead of me... 4 min wait predicted. 10 (at least) other ppl arrive after me, select a stylist by name until all the stylists are awaiting customers. As each stylist comes up they called the by-name customer... I get to wait... and wait... and wait. The first time I waited 45 mins until I realized it was happening, complained and got the next stylist. The second time I waited long enough to see it happening again and walked out and went to Pro-Cuts.
