My son went in for a haircut on may 27, 2021. He puts gel in his hair and it is stiff. The girl who happened to be the assistant manger that day was very rude and unkind to him. He came to car very upset He has a speech impediment and a disability. He told me what went on. I called the store and the girl that cut his hair just happened to answer. She told me that she was very professional. Well if she was Professional my son should not have been that upset. This is not acceptable treatment for anyone especially a handicapped person. We were very disappointed with the treatment he received

Worst experience ever. We waited for 45 minutes. Only for the mangager tell a man named Sam to check in under Randy who came in after us. We watched him check in. We have done business here for a long time. We will not be coming back. Currently getting hair cuts at the locker room.
